A key player in major international strategic programmes, it is a technological and industrial partner of governments, defence administrations, institutions and companies.We are looking for a: Processes & Governance Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.Site: Torino Corso FranciaResponsibilities:Define and oversee programme processes ensuring that they meet required standards. Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition, execution, and implementation. Define and administer the programme governance model,
its maturation and effectiveness.Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):* Define and implement standardized governance processes;* Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration;* Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are clearly defined and mapped, applied configuration and change controls;* Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance;* Support continuous improvement of governance processes;* Ensure governance requirements are communicated and understood across the programme;* Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines;* Leadership and management of the process and governance team;* Establish strategic roadmap for PM&C; operational capability;* Manage team performance and code of conduct in accordance with the company;* Develop process, procedure and work instruction strategy to support the business evolu
