GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established global financial services organisation, who are seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Cyprus team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected international group operating within the online trading industry, with responsibility for developing new business opportunities across European and Middle Eastern markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates and strategic partners, while developing long-term commercial relationships and contributing directly to business growth. This role would suit a commercially driven professional with an established industry network, strong knowledge of the CFD/Forex sector and a proven track record of generating measurable business results. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct market research and proactively identify new business opportunities across European and Middle Eastern markets. Identify, approach and acquire new Introducing Brokers (IBs),



Affiliates and strategic business partners. Leverage existing industry relationships and personal networks to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement business development strategies for targeted markets, aligned with company objectives. Build, develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with IBs, Affiliates and other strategic partners. Assess prospective partners based on commercial potential, client quality, geographic reach, historical performance and overall suitability. Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership terms in line with internal policies and business objectives. Manage and develop an active portfolio of partners, identifying opportunities to increase FTDs, deposits, trading activity and revenue contribution.
