The purpose of the job is to manage and direct the production and on-site logistics facilities of the Gorla APS manufacturing site, producing a range of specialty colour masterbatches to ensure it operates in a safe,



environmentally responsible and cost-efficient manner in compliance with all applicable LyondellBasell policies, standards, business plans and local legal requirements. Additionally, the role is responsible for championing GoalZERO for Safety and Quality and for implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques (APEX). The role´s responsibilities include staffing of the site and managing succession plans for the facility as well as maintaining industrial relations internally, and community relations externally. Supervision, coordination and management of the activities/organization at Gorla site. Having the legal representation of the company and representing the company in front of public administration, external entities, Unions, Legal and others
