You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to production and continuous improvement, helping shape the future of mechanical and electronic security solutions.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead the development of innovative locking solutions, combining mechanical design expertise with a strong focus on security, performance, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities




Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical locking systems, from concept through production and lifecycle support. Create 3D CAD models and technical drawings using Creo. Ensure products meet performance, durability, reliability, and security requirements. Apply DFM/DFA principles to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency. Define tolerances, interfaces, and assembly methods for complex mechanical systems. Support product validation, certification, risk assessment, and compliance activities. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to drive product improvements and solve technical challenges. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, materials, and smart locking solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
