We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce we are currently seeking a Site Admin to join our expanding team in Milan, Italy.
The Site Administrator will provide administrative and project support to the Project Director and site team. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills to ensure the team remain focused on project priorities while operational tasks are managed efficiently.
The Site Administrator will act as a key liaison between the Project Director, project teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution of project-related activities.
Requirements
- - Act as the key point of contact for new joiners; working with the HR and site team to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Collaboration with the Head Office Travel Team to assist in the local coordination of accommodation and car arrangements.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics as required.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring all correspondence is notified to and received by the relevant people involved in the project
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and site visits.
- - Maintain filing systems and support document management.
- Deal with logistics for site events as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with our standard Integrated Management System documentation
- - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications
- - Typically 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in a similar site-based role
- Candidates should be based locally and have Italian as their first language with a good level of verbal and written English.
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous
