The E-commerce Customer Care Intern will work closely with the Digital Specialist – Customer Care Support, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day Customer Care activities and contributing to delivering an excellent shopping experience to our consumers worldwide.
The intern will play an active role in managing daily customer interactions, helping ensure consistent, timely support throughout the day.
Main Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of Customer Service activities through Zendesk, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries via tickets, ensuring timely, clear and brand-aligned communication.
- Supporting the monitoring of orders, shipments and returns.




- Providing customers with accurate product information, with a particular focus on Vibram FiveFingers.
- Supporting the update and maintenance of Help Center content, including FAQs, product guides and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic Customer Service reports, including ticket volumes, response times and main types of customer inquiries.
- Support the team in the testing and implementation of AI-powered Customer Service solutions, contributing to the improvement and automation of customer interactions.
- Develop a strong understanding of DTC Customer Service processes, tools and best practices, progressively gaining autonomy in day-to-day activities.

Reporting
The position will report to the Direct-to-Consumer Coordinator.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
