We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Internship Program within our Asset Management business.
Come join us for an opportunity to work alongside UBS Asset Management’s Italy and EMEA marketing team. Our team spans across Channel Marketing, Digital, Content and Product Marketing.
Support the Italian marketing team, as part of a global channel marketing network.
Align marketing initiatives with business priorities, by working closely with the Italian sales team.
Build a strong understanding of the asset management industry through ongoing collaboration with other divisions of UBS Group
Your team
You will be based in Milan, Italy, and will report to the Client Marketing Manager. As part of the Asset Management marketing team, you will collaborate with colleagues in Italy and across the wider international organization, gaining exposure to campaigns, events, content and digital marketing activities.

We operate in a hybrid work environment, balancing time in our Milan office with remote working in line with local arrangements.
Your expertise
In the final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, economics or a related field, or recently graduated—no more than six months before the internship start date
