We are seeking a skilled and hands-on System Project Leader Body to provide high-quality technical support to our customers in vehicle integration, quality and troubleshooting activities.
- Lead the development of assigned automotive components and systems, ensuring technical solutions meet quality, performance, timing, and cost targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and engineering suppliers to ensure technical feasibility, design robustness, manufacturability, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Identify technical risks, critical issues, and deviations from design and testing standards, driving corrective actions to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate Design and Installation FMEAs, perform technical risk assessments,
and support Process FMEA activities.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of technical documentation required for tooling release, sourcing activities, and production readiness.
- Contribute to system validation planning, coordinate test reviews, optimize validation cycles, and drive technical issue resolution in line with project milestones.
- Manage engineering changes, including technical documentation, cost evaluations, drawing releases, approval processes, and implementation in production.
- Drive diagnostic activities and provide engineering support for problem-solving from the pilot phase through production launch.
