What you will do
:As AMS Service Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
* Coordinate AMS services in the Smart Metering / Smart Grid sector for domestic and international clients;
* Supervise first-level activities, the Meter Operation Centre, second-level technical/functional support, and liaise with third-level AMS for corrective and enhancement support;
* Manage ticketing processes, SLAs/KPIs, escalations, reporting and client communications;
* Coordinate operational activities, troubleshooting, workarounds, configurations, parameterisation, tuning, problem management and support for releases/UAT;
* Manage relations with third-level, product, development and software factory teams for corrective and enhancement activities, change reque
