The Commercial Excellence Program - Transmission is an accelerated career journey designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders within our Transmission business. As part of the Commercial Excellence Program, you will be based in Milan, Italy, one of Prysmian's key commercial hubs.

Who We Are Looking For

- Recent graduates or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another STEM discipline.
- Passion & interest in technology and innovation.
- Ambitious self-starters who are hungry to learn, determined to succeed, and ready to go the extra mile to make an impact.
- International mobility is mandatory.
