Key Responsibilities Include
Production Planning & S&OP;: Align customer demand, production capacity, and inventory; define production priorities and monitor plan adherence.
Logistics & Warehousing: Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities while improving efficiency, service levels, and cost control.
Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, reduce obsolete inventory, improve inventory turnover, and balance customer service with working capital.
Performance Management: Monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, such as OTIF, inventory levels, logistics costs,
and planning accuracy, driving corrective actions and supporting budgeting and reporting.
Continuous Improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize, digitalize, and automate Supply Chain processes.
People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop planning and logistics teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. xbvzest
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in Production Planning, Logistics and Inventory Management
Previous experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or other highly regulated industries is considered an advantage
Strong understanding of Production Planning and Supply Chain processes
