We are seeking an experienced Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment engagements across diverse professional specialties and seniority levels. In this remote, independent-contractor role, you will lead searches from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, presentation, and placement. You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to deliver a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience. Combining strategic search planning with hands‑on execution, you will build qualified talent pipelines and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process. You will also use recruiting technology and sourcing platforms to keep searches organized, efficient, and measurable.

Accountabilities:
As a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment engagements, ensuring that each search is strategically planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with client expectations. You will manage candidate relationships, maintain accurate recruiting records, and communicate progress and potential challenges proactively.

Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches following client engagement confirmation, ensuring continuity across client relationships, candidate communications, records, and next steps.

Lead recruitment intake discussions to clarify role requirements, business context, essential and preferred qualifications, success profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
