About The RoleFour Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Pastry Commis de Partie - Pastry. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, desserts, ice creams, and other sweet creations, ensuring the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What You Will Do
- Prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, and sweet creations in line with recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
- Set up and maintain pastry stations, ensuring readiness for service and appropriate mise en place.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, food rotation, labeling, and storage to ensure quality and compliance with food safety standards.
- Minimize food waste and support effective cost-control practices.
