About us
H-FARM International School has three campuses in the Veneto region of Italy: Venice, on the H-FARM campus in Roncade, Vicenza and Rosà. We offer an international curriculum in English from Early Years to Diploma, with a strong focus on innovation, digital learning and an international community.

The role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing activities across our three campuses, with the goal of generating qualified leads and driving enrolments.

Key responsibilities

- Develop the annual marketing plan by campus and age group,



managing budget allocation and monitoring cost per lead and enrolment.
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns across paid social, search and display, while managing owned channels including website, social media and newsletters.
- Organise open days, events, local activities and partnerships in collaboration with the Admissions Team.
- Develop and test new promotional initiatives before wider implementation.
- Manage the CRM and marketing funnel with Admissions, including source tracking, lead scoring, nurturing and data quality.
- Monitor performance across leads, visits, applications and enrolments, identifying corrective actions based on data.
- Lead and develop two direct reports and coordinate marketing projects across multiple workstreams.
- Manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control.
- Ensure consistency with the school's positioning and Nord Anglia Education brand guidelines.
