Are you a safety and health professional with a passion for compliance and risk management? Join our team as a Safety & Health Specialist, where you'll drive the implementation of safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all. How you create impactImplement and promote health and safety strategies in compliance with ISO 45001 and Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.Support Health & Safety reporting system, review and monitor Safety KPIs,



and ensure adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate safety and health compliance.
Perform risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive / corrective measures.
Develop and execute HSE process improvements, including incident investigation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and training materials.
Organize and control Safety and Health checks and ensure all documentation (DVR, DUVRI, Safety Procedure..) is up to date.
Conduct occupational Health & Safety mandatory training in coordination with the ASPP of local QSHE team.
Support M.D.
