Through structured development, rotational assignments, coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration, participants build the technical, business, and leadership capabilities needed to succeed at Baker Hughes.
Upon completing the program, participants are expected to continue their careers within the company, applying their experience and contributing to our purpose of rewriting the energy equation.
Within Finance, the program combines rotational assignments with formal learning in finance, accounting, business, and leadership.




Participants gain broad exposure to the challenges and opportunities facing Finance teams and build a strong foundation for future leadership.

You will be responsible for: Completing rotations and assignments in areas such as commercial finance, supply chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations.
Participating in intentional and structured career development activities, with active coaching and mentoring.
Contributing to business outcomes through the delivery of assigned projects.
Interacting with peers and networking with global Finance leaders to gain exposure and support for assignments.
