About You We're looking for a Ground Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day tour operations in Milan, primarily around the Duomo and Last Supper areas.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role combining on-site tour coordination with administrative tasks that can be completed remotely. It's ideal for someone who is organized, punctual, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
You'll work closely with freelance guides, local partners, and internal teams to ensure our tours run smoothly and consistently.
The ideal candidate is reliable, collaborative,
and an effective problem-solver, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
The position is tempo parziale, 30 hours per week , with a working schedule typically running from Tuesday to Saturday. Flexibility is required to accommodate operational needs, including occasional Sunday work and evening shifts.
This is a temporary, one-year employment contract under the CCNL Turismo , starting in November 2026. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Italy.
Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
