you'll own designing and building scalable features that drive user growth and reduce friction for our community. Here's what that looks like in practice: Own the Story Lifecycle
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle—from technical design to production release—ensuring that product stories are robust and scalable. Accelerate Activation & Trust
- Build and optimise high-reliability systems for onboarding, document verification, and security flows to ensure users can start transacting safely in minutes. Drive Engagement & Discovery
- Enhance the app experience by developing core backend services for shop discovery and personalised consumer journeys. Scale Loyalty & Monetisation
- Build the technical foundation for user retention, contributing to "Plus" subscription plans, referral programs, and loyalty mechanics. Master a Modern Tech Stack
- Take ownership of our AWS-based infrastructure and participate in architectural improvements across our growth-focused microservices. Work in an AI-Powe
