How would you turn evidence into action and help trial sites deliver with clarity and confidence? Accountabilities:- Cell Therapy Expertise: Build and continuously maintain deep knowledge across indications and assets;
be the go-to expert whoshapes guidance, training, and best practices that raise execution quality and consistency.- Strategic Communication: Lead clear, compliant communications that convey strategy, portfolio breadth, and product differentiation;
align messaging across regions to ensure consistency for assigned protocols and sites.- Site Readiness and Training: Support and deliver site initiation content and advanced protocol education;
implement competency-based training to drive readiness, shorten start-up timelines, and improve protocol adherence.- Enrollment Optimization: Translate inclusion/exclusion criteria and patient flow into pragmatic site actions that raise enrolment rates, reduce screen failures, and minimize at
