"Position overview: The Back End Engineer plays a key role in supporting and improving back-end production processes across regional manufacturing sites.
This position provides technical expertise for installations, audits, troubleshooting, maintenance optimization, best practice implementation, innovation initiatives, and capital projects.
The role partners closely with plant leadership, engineering teams, suppliers, and global engineering stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing engineering expertise to support capital projects, process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and spoilage reduction initiatives within Back End operations. Supporting manufacturing plants with technical problem-solving, equipment optimization, and implementation of best operating practices.
Driving process and maintenance standardization for Decorators, Inside Sprays, Neckers, and Palletisers across regional sites.
Ensuring manufacturing facilities remain informed about the latest process technologies, maintenance standards, and industry best practices.
