Job ScopeThe External Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and developing an external sales team to achieve sustainable business growth and strengthen Grundfos' market position.
The role drives the execution of the sales strategy within the assigned territory, ensuring effective customer engagement, pipeline development,



profitable sales growth, and high-performance team delivery.
Through coaching, collaboration, and strong stakeholder management, the position contributes to achieving both short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals while supporting Grundfos' customer-centric and sustainability ambitions.
What you will be doingAs a key member of the External Sales organization, you will empower your team to deliver innovative water technology solutions that help customers achieve their sustainability, efficiency, and business goals.
Your main responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of external sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with Grundfos' commercial priorities.
