Here's what that looks like in practice: Drive multi-service solutions
- Conduct technical analysis for medium-to-large projects, designing highly-available, scalable, and secure solutions for products that define the welfare core. Ensure technical quality
- Implement robust testing strategies and oversee gradual rollouts to ensure welfare distributions are precise and reliable. Resolve and anticipate blockers
- Proactively address technical blockers, drive knowledge sharing, and tackle unique B2B registration and high-volume benefit allocation challenges. Execution and ownership
- Take full ownership of your work, delivering features that provide a seamless back-end integration from employer signup to employee spending. Mentor peers
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring high-quality engineering practices across the team. System maintenance and stability
