This position reports to: Chapter LeadYour Role and ResponsibilitiesAct as lead engineer for the design and development of power converters, by defining and developing innovative power electronics solutions to fulfill customers requirements, within a multi-disciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, thermal and control experts.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model: #LI-HybridLead the end-to-end design and development of innovative power converters, including simulation, validation, documentation, and testing of both hardware and software components.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and suppliers to define technical requirements,



develop cooling systems, and ensure feasibility and integration of solutions.
Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting, build simulation models and prototypes, analyze performance data, and optimize designs for efficiency and reliability.
Drive technological innovation by staying updated on industry trends, proposing new methodologies, and contributing to the strategic direction of power electronics development.
Design and optimize power converter architectures for low-voltage DC applications, including power semiconductor selection (Si, SiC, GaN), PCB layout review, thermal/electrical simulations, and system validation using tools such as MATLAB, LTspice, PLECS and Ansys.
