We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while driving continuous improvement through preventive maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and technical skills, with a proven ability to develop teams, solve complex equipment issues, and support operational excellence. What Will You Do? Lead and manage the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of industrial equipment. Oversee and drive the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program to improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall manufacturing efficiency. Monitor equipment performance (OEE), KPIs (MTTR, MTBF...) and implement actions to improve reliability and efficiency.



Manage and develop maintenance team members through goal setting, performance management, coaching, competency development, recognition, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives. Monitor and optimize maintenance expenditures, including spare parts inventory management and cost control. Ensure business continuity by maintaining equipment readiness and supporting contingency planning for critical manufacturing operations. Utilize data and maintenance metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical)Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. +5 years of maintenance experience supporting industrial manufacturing equipment.
