Title: Operations Analyst
Description: Position Summary
The candidate will support the efficient execution of site activities by coordinating administrative processes, procurement support, supplier registration and local operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate support for Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing in SAP.
Support the registration and onboarding of new subcontractors and suppliers within TCI systems.
Assist Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams in the implementation of local projects and improvement initiatives.
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and support communication among stakeholders.




Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices and management of local administrative activities.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
High school Diploma (Minimum) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Experience with SAP and IVALUA is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Good communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
