This role serves as a key advisor to leadership and HR teams, ensuring alignment between Italian labor legislation and Foundever's global HR policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Law & Compliance - Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements. - Monitor changes in employment law and proactively advise leadership and HR stakeholders on potential impacts and required actions. - Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation in line with legal requirements.
Employee Relations & Case Management - Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations.



- Provide expert guidance on performance management processes to ensure legal soundness and consistency. - Act as a subject matter expert for sensitive cases, ensuring fair treatment and risk mitigation.
Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and operational teams on labor law and employee relations matters. - Support negotiations with works councils, unions, or employee representatives when applicable. - Liaise with external legal counsel, labor authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
Risk Management & Governance - Identify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. - Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to labor compliance. - Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping to support legal defensibility.
