Job description

Your Responsibilities
Preparation and follow-up of quotations in close cooperation with Cost/Product Engineering and Sales
Active support and development of existing customer relationships through personal visits, virtual meetings and telephone communication as well as CRM-supported activities
Support in acquiring new customers and identifying additional business opportunities with existing customers
Management and follow-up of customer inquiries and projects through to successful implementation
Coordination of all sales-related activities with internal departments and production sites to ensure timely customer support
Support with contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supplier evaluations and other sales-related processes
Maintenance and further development of customer, sales and project data in CRM and ERP systems
Participation in customer and project meetings and close cooperation with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction




Analysis of sales KPIs and preparation of meaningful reports
Back-up support for the Sales or Account Manager during absences and ensuring continuous customer support

Required profile
What You Bring
Professional Qualifications
Successfully completed commercial/vocational training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in internal sales / sales support
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM and ERP systems
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
You stand out through
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in building long-term business relationships
Strong communication skills and a professional manner
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate several topics simultaneously
