We are supporting a private equity-backed, international business in the appointment of a Senior FP&A; Manager to join its finance team in Northern Italy.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced, dynamic and growth-focused environment , working closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, improve visibility and support strategic decision-making.
The role will combine core FP&A; responsibilities with exposure to M&A;, financial modelling and strategic projects , making it particularly attractive to someone who enjoys working beyond traditional reporting and controlling.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Build and develop financial models, scenario analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making.




- Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysis.
- Analyse KPIs, profitability, cash flow and key business trends.
- Provide clear financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support key business decisions.
- Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps against plan.
- Support M&A; activity, including financial analysis, due diligence, investment cases and post-acquisition integration.
- Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects and private equity value-creation plans .
- Assess potential investments, growth initiatives and other strategic opportunities through detailed financial modelling.
- Improve FP&A; processes, reporting tools and financial visibility across the business.
- Help drive a high-performance, commercially focused finance culture.

Candidate Profile
- Strong background in FP&A;, controlling, commercial finance or transaction-focuse
