Responsabilità
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for client implementations
- Create detailed project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risk management
- Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and relationships




- Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and post-implementation reviews
- Coordinate internal and external resources (technical teams, payroll specialists, vendors) to hit milestones
- Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks, escalating to senior management as needed
- Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards
- Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to derive lessons learned and drive improvements
- Potentially manage multiple implementations concurrently

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven Project Manager experience in software implementation, preferably HR, payroll, or fintech
- Experience leading complex client-facing projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools
- Excellent verbal and written c
