Business Operation and Marketing Associate - VIE Contract Location: Italy, Milano Target start date: 01/02/2027 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.
About the job As Business Operation and Marketing Associate VIE within our Vaccines Business Unit in Italy, you’ll have a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to the Vaccines business, combining operational marketing execution with business unit coordination and PMO support. Reporting to the local PMO and working closely with Marketing and Sales teams, the candidate will:
contribute to the execution of key commercial initiatives support business planning and coordination activities at local level gain visibility on BU strategy and governance, while remaining focused on the Italian organization This position is ideal for a dynamic and analytical profile eager to develop a broad understanding of pharma business operations in a fast-evolving and strategic area such as Vaccines.
