Account Manager Meat & Prepared Food (m/f)Join our Meat & Prepared Food Sales Team
We are looking for an Account Manager Meat & Prepared Food (m/f) who will be responsible for developing and taking care of existing accounts primarily on the Italian market.
The Meat & Prepared Food SEE South East Europe is a solid sales team contributing for the growth and penetration of food cultures into meat and prepared food industries in the region with a strong focus on customers growth, business development, pipeline execution and cross-functional collaboration. The team includes one regional sales manager and one account manager covering multiple tasks and customers in different regions and countries across South East Europe, working closely with subregional partners to translate customer needs into value-creating solutions helping customers to bring healthier, sustainable and innovative foods to the market.
In this role you will have an impact by:
- Drive sales growth identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customers and relationships.
- Manage and develop customers and network focusing on consistent engagement and strong long-term partnerships within the industry on a local basis.
- Support distributors in frontline activities with relevant customers of distributors (visits & meetings, trials, trainings, etc.) coordinating activities when local or global resources are needed.
- Feed, develop, execute and monitor ambitious project pipeline as integral part of the commercial strategy for the region.
- Lead commercial discussions including value propositions, pricing and agreements.
