The successful Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Aftermarket Sales Engineer will be fully remote, responsible for developing aftermarket sales across EMEA, strengthening distributor relationships, identifying new opportunities within the existing compressor installed base and driving aftermarket revenue growth.

The Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Aftermarket Sales Engineer must have experience in compressed air, rotating equipment or industrial aftermarket sales, with a strong understanding of distributor networks and customer development.

Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Aftermarket Sales Engineer Role:

-
- Develop aftermarket sales and market share across EMEA, working closely with compressed air distributors,



channel partners and regional sales teams.
- Analyse distributor sales performance and installed compressor populations to identify new aftermarket opportunities.
- Develop and implement distributor sales initiatives, incentive programmes and country-specific growth strategies.
- Drive revenue across spare parts, lubricants, maintenance, service agreements and compressed air aftermarket solutions.
- Support distributor training, monitor sales performance and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and aftermarket growth.
- Fully remote across EMEA

Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Aftermarket Sales Enginee r Requirements:

- Experience in aftermarket sales, business development or technical sales within compressed air, rotating equipment or related industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industrial compressors, spare parts, lubricants, maintenance and aftermarket solutions.
