Role Overview
We are expanding our Product team, and this role owns a slice of the internal product ecosystem our teams run the business on.
Your starting focus is the Media Buyer Automation Platform — the rules engine, pacing logic, spend controls, alerting, and workflow tooling that let a small team of buyers manage budgets that would otherwise require significantly more headcount. From there, your scope extends across the internal tools that support the wider acquisition engine:
marketing automation, reporting and analytics workflows, creative operations, and the new tooling we build as the business shifts. We expect the exact portfolio to evolve, and we are hiring someone who wants that rather than someone looking for a single fixed product.
This is a hands-on builder role rather than a coordination role. Your users are colleagues, the feedback loop is short, and your work shows up in CPA, ROAS, wasted spend, and hours returned to the team. You will report to the Head of Product and work daily with Engineering, Data, Media Buying, Creative, and Operations.
