Overview In this FP&A; Operations role, you will drive financial planning, analysis and reporting for Inventory within IET, strengthening working capital decisions. You’ll lead inventory estimates, variance analysis, and close monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve capital efficiency. The position supports forecasts and annual inventory counts, contributing to gas technology initiatives and overall energy-transition goals. This role offers a chance to shape inventory governance in a global, tech-enabled business.

Responsabilità

Lead inventory estimates, reporting,



and variance analysis Support business planning and forecasting processes Consolidate annual physical inventory counts across IET Act as Inventory cFIN expert for GAS Technology Drive inventory close monitoring and performance analysis Own inventory composition, stratification, and risk assessments Monitor inventory management and support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance working capital performance

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in any field or 2+ years in Finance with high school diploma Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to operate in a complex, global environment with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication skills analytical thinking problem-solving stakeholder management inventory management variance analysis financial planning and forecasting
