Overview As the Marketing & Communication Legal Counsel, you will serve as the primary legal partner to the Marketing & Communication Department globally, supporting fashion shows, campaigns and talent relations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will draft and review contracts, provide strategic legal guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance across activities. You’ll help shape internal policies and maintain organized records. This role offers a meaningful chance to influence how marketing and creativity align within a leading fashion house.

Responsabilità

Draft and review contracts for marketing/communication services, including collaborations, cobranding, fashion shows, ad campaigns,



lookbooks and events; negotiate vendor and talents/celebrities/influencers agreements Provide ongoing legal support to the Marketing & Communication Department as a business partner Conduct legal research on doctrine and jurisprudence to advise on compliance and regulatory matters in marketing/communication Assist in reviewing/updating internal policies and maintaining archiving/files

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 3 years of experience in commercial contracts, ideally in fashion, luxury or media, in a law firm or in-house Experience in Marketing & Communication is a strong plus Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus Bar admission is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines; comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders organizational skills stakeholder management works well under pressure contract drafting and review legal research compliance and regulatory advisory
