Jumeirah Capri Palace in Capri is seeking a passionate and professional F&B; Manager to join for the summer season 2027.
You will coordinate all F&B; operations, set service standards, maintain SOPs, coach staff, and collaborate with Outlet Managers to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.
This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to implement marketing and promotional activities aligned with the hotel's luxury brand.
