As Production Manager at Emerson, you lead the value stream to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while driving continuous improvement. Responsabilità
- Lead daily operations across the value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial targets.
- Collaborate with Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality,



and Supply Chain to develop and execute production plans aligned with business goals.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Support supervisors in prioritizing work, coordinating workloads, and maintaining performance.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement actions to meet on-time delivery and revenue targets.
- Promote safety by working with EHS to identify risks and implement improvements.
- Develop and coach team members through training and performance development.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production to maximize equipment reliability.
- Evaluate manufacturing methods and process capability to enhance quality and productivity.
- Oversee external contractors, ensuring safety and site procedure compliance.
- Support budget management and identify opportunities for cost savings.
