CRM & Client Data Specialist

We are supporting a leading global luxury brand in the search for a CRM & Client Data Specialist to join its international Marketing Operations / User Experience team.
This is a hybrid CRM and Digital Transformation role, combining Salesforce expertise, project deployment and strong stakeholder management across global markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the global rollout and adoption of the CRM platform across regions and local markets.
- Act as a key point of contact for regional and local teams, providing hands‑on support throughout deployment and platform stabilization.
- Collect feedback and business needs from different markets and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for central and technical teams.
- Support Salesforce releases, including testing and validation of new features and fixes.
- Identify platform issues, operational risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support local teams during key international events, helping ensure effective platform usage and client data collection.
- Develop and share best practices,
ensuring learnings from different markets are incorporated into future releases.
- Work closely with cross‑functional and technical stakeholders to support the ongoing evolution of the CRM platform.
The ideal profile:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management or a closely related CRM project environment.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce and CRM platforms (no coding skills required).
- Experience in CRM rollout, platform adoption, business requirements, testing or continuous improvement would be highly valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with business and technical teams.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively internationally.
- Availability to work on-site in Maranello.
