Overview
In this role you will build and grow Glovo’s restaurant partner network, acting as a trusted advisor to boost partners’ success. You’ll leverage data insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and drive business impact. You will own partner onboarding and actively pursue revenue growth through promotions and menu optimization. You join a fast-paced team focused on scalable, data-driven relationships that support Glovo’s mission to deliver an outstanding local delivery experience.

Responsabilità
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
- Understand partners’ goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability
- Drive revenue growth via smart promotions,



marketing activations and menu optimization
- Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to develop customised solutions
- Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the app from store setup to first-days support

Requisiti fondamentali
- Up to 2-3 years of experience in high-performance account management, sales or consulting
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields is a plus
- Motivation to pursue ambitious goals with a track record of exceeding KPIs
- Problem solver with a data-driven, analytical approach
- Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization
- Good knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus
- Native level Italian; proficient in English
