Overview
As Senior Service Sales Specialist, you drive the analytical service business across Central Italy, expanding warranty extensions, service contracts and the core service portfolio. You work closely with Customer Care, Inside Sales and Service Delivery to win and retain service customers while optimizing processes. Your role targets growing market share, revenue and profitability in line with strategic goals, leveraging cross-functional collaboration. This position offers a frontline impact on PerkinElmer’s service footprint and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Responsabilità
- Develop market share for core services and retain/recover customers
- Maintain business reports and prospect lists in CRM systems




- Prepare quotations for service offerings
- Engage in lead generation activities
- Collaborate with service leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Coordinate with Inside Sales, Management, Service, Sales, Contract, Customer Service, Product Line, and Support centers

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences
- Proven sales skills
- Strong knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, SAP, SFDC/CPQ and Service Max a Plus)
- Native-level Italian and strong English (verbal and written)
- Integrity
- Results-oriented with independence and team capability
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
