Overview
In this role you will support patient access to Abbott’s medical devices in Italy by analyzing the healthcare landscape, modeling value and economic impact, and shaping reimbursement strategies. You will collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to craft strong value narratives and develop tools that guide local market decisions. Your work helps strengthen Abbott’s position as a trusted partner in care while expanding access to innovative therapies. This is an opportunity to grow in market access with a cross-functional, impact-driven team.

Responsabilità
- Monitor national and regional Italian healthcare regulations to inform market access strategies
- Assess the economic and organizational impact of Abbott’s cardiovascular and medical device therapies to support access to cost-effective care




- Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to develop compelling value messages for products and solutions
- Develop economic tools, cost analyses, and insights to guide local strategies and strengthen positioning

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Economics, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Master’s preferred
- Experience 2–5 years in Market Access, Health Economics, Pricing, or Reimbursement within pharma, biotech, or medical devices sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Autonomy and effective project management
- Proficiency in economic and cost-impact analysis
- Solid understanding of the Italian healthcare and regulatory system
- Fluent in Italian and English
