Overview
In this role you will define the strategic market and architecture direction for Large Power Converters, aligning customer needs with technology and portfolio strategy. You will bridge market strategy with engineering, sales, and executives to drive differentiation and growth across regions. You’ll shape positioning, competitive messaging, and investment priorities, influencing roadmaps and go-to-market readiness. This position offers meaningful impact in advancing power architectures for data centers, grids, and sustainability-focused applications.

Responsabilità
- Define strategic market and architecture direction for Large Power Converters, translating customer priorities and regional needs into portfolio choices
- Identify growth opportunities and risks by tracking data center, grid, sustainability, and hyperscale trends
- Shape product positioning,



value propositions, and executive narratives to support engagements and differentiation
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Service, Tech Sales & Business Development to align roadmaps with value, feasibility, and time-to-market
- Lead portfolio-level competitive benchmarking and derive strategic recommendations and differentiation actions
- Contribute to strategic planning including portfolio gap analysis, business cases, and investment prioritization
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Product Lines for roadmap execution and market readiness
- Create architecture thought leadership content, requirements inputs, and training materials for internal and customer audiences
- Represent architecture strategy in customer workshops, executive reviews, and regional portfolio discussions
- Perform other duties as assigned
