Overview
In this role you lead the Supplier Quality Assurance function, ensuring robust quality processes from development through serial production. You drive QCDTE outcomes, manage supplier risk, and assure continuity across manufacturing sites. You will lead a team of Supplier Quality Leaders, enabling cross-functional collaboration and improvements in supplier performance. Responsabilità
- Lead a team of 10 Supplier Quality Leaders across project and serial production
- Develop capabilities and performance, support growth, promote autonomy
- Define objectives, manage performance, foster collaboration
- Own QCDTE targets for projects and suppliers and report progress
- Implement action plans to achieve targets and assess improvement opportunities
- Ensure deployment of the SQA process from development to serial production
- Support supplier reviews and assist teams during underperformance or crises




- Manage supplier non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions
- Identify and manage quality risks impacting projects, production, customers, or business continuity
- Participate in escalation processes, provide on-site support, and manage crises
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SQA processes, methods, and tools
- Support supplier panel performance and maturity

Requisiti fondamentali
- 10–15 years of experience in Supplier Quality (projects and/or serial production)
- 3–5 years of people management experience
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel)
- Fluent professional English
- Fluent Italian is mandatory
- Technical skills: APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Audits, 8D problem solving
- Project management and new product development processes
- Process capability studies, statistical tools, and risk analysis
- Industrial challenges related to supplier performance
