Overview
As Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead the F&B; operation to deliver exceptional product and service within brand standards. You will drive a refreshed culinary experience and uphold sustainability-focused purchasing, menus, and wine lists. You will instill a cost-conscious mindset through training, while delivering financial returns and ROIC. You will develop local F&B; marketing programs and monitor industry trends, aligning with Six Senses values and safety and compliance. This role offers a chance to shape luxury hospitality with a sustainability mission at Six Senses Milan.

Responsabilità
- Oversee efficient operation of the F&B; department and ensure brand standards
- Refresh culinary experience and align purchasing with Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms




- Regularly review menus and wine lists to stay relevant and sustainable
- Promote cost awareness through training and education
- Deliver defined financial targets including revenue, profitability and ROIC
- Develop and execute local F&B; marketing programs
- Monitor local competitors and industry trends
- Operate in compliance with legal, safety, financial, reporting, and contractual requirements and budget controls

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
- 4+ years of related experience including management
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Valid authorization to work in Italy / European visa or work permit
