RoleWe are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of company facilities and infrastructure. The role requires a balanced approach between strategic coordination and hands‑on execution, ensuring that all work environments meet high standards in terms of functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of company facilities, including offices, systems, and infrastructure
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise refurbishment, renovation, and space optimization projects
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency
- Monitor and control facility-related budgets and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety,



and environmental regulations
- Support the continuous improvement of workplace standards and operational processes
- Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters across the organization

Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management, infrastructure management, or a related field
- Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and space management
- Experience in vendor management and project coordination
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive manner
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good/very good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally is expected.
- Experience in dynamic or multi-site environments
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance frameworks
