About the roleAs part of the Product QHSE department, you will report to Business Unit Management and act as a strategic partner to Operations. You will support risk management, compliance with the integrated management system, and performance improvement, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability.
What you will do




- Partner with Operations and management to assess risks and support decisions on new activities, customers, processes, and projects.
- Contribute to maintaining the integrated management system and company certifications, ensuring QHSE requirements are embedded in daily operations.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, analyse non-conformities and customer complaints, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits, following up on findings and tracking action plans.
- Monitor regulatory and environmental compliance, supporting document management and adherence to applicable deadlines.
- Promote sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction, waste management, and energy efficiency.
- Conduct periodic operational risk assessments and contribute to business continuity and emergency management plans.
