Business Operations Specialist

In this role you will support service orders, billing, and operational processes to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance and Support to process orders, issue invoices on time, and resolve issues. You will maintain data quality across CRM/ERP and contribute to continuous improvement and forecasting. You thrive in a dynamic, multi-priority environment and drive operational excellence.
- Manage service orders through system processing and execution
- Ensure timely and accurate customer billing for contract and non-contract services
- Investigate and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and customers
- Support invoicing dispute resolution with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data in company systems
- Work across CRM, ERP and service management platforms to execute operational activities and maintain data quality
- Collaborate with Service Sales, Field Service, Service Delivery,



Finance and Support to resolve process and system-related issues
- Support forecasting and reporting activities as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topics
- Experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, Service Administration, Billing, or similar operational role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (ITS) or high school diploma in Administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
