For our manufacturing site within the Group in Italy – Vittuone (MI), we are looking for a Production Engineer – Industrial Costing and Manufacturing Processes. JOB DESCRIPTION The role supports the management and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, with a specific focus on industrial cost analysis, operational data, and production performance. The position contributes to the efficiency and sustainability of production activities, supporting decision-making and process optimization in close collaboration with Production, the Technical Department, and Finance.



YOUR TASKS * Industrial Costing & Production Performance Analyze and monitor industrial costs and production performance, managing standard costs and variance analysis. * Production Technical Data Management Manage and update production technical data, including BOMs, production cycles, and master data, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems. * Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in productivity, quality, and efficiency. * ESG & Operational Sustainability Manage ESG reporting activities by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating relevant operational data. * KPI Monitoring & Reporting – Process and ERP System Optimization Monitor product profitability, provide structured reporting to management, and contribute to process and system optimization, ensuring data quality and reliability.
