For an established pharmaceutical company operating in an international environment, we are looking for a Senior Quality Control Leader to take responsibility for a complex Quality Control organization within a manufacturing site. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the Quality Control organization. * Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards. * Oversee laboratory activities, investigations, deviations, CAPA, stability and analytical processes. * Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within the QC function. * Support the evolution and digitalization of laboratory processes and systems. * Develop managerial capabilities within the team and contribute to talent development and succession planning. * Work closely with Quality,



Manufacturing and other site functions. * Contribute to broader site priorities and strategic projects. Profile * Solid experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical manufacturing. * Proven experience in managing teams and complex laboratory activities. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach. * Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in international and matrix organizations would be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
