The ONECare Service Agent Export plays an important role within the ONECare Customer Service division, serving as the primary interface for export clients. Positioned at the intersection of customer service, and digital innovation, the successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, optimize export booking and Bill of Lading (B/L) processes, and actively support ONE Italy’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Service Delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for export customers across all communication channels (Email, Phone, Live Chat), delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality support.
- Proactively address customer inquiries
- Foster strong customer relationships by consistently exceeding service benchmarks and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Export Booking & Documentation Management
- Oversee the end‑to‑end export workflow, managing booking requests, amendments, and Bill of Lading (B/L) draft validation and issuance with high precision.
- Ensure strict adherence to international maritime compliance,



customs requirements, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Address operational bottlenecks or schedule disruptions proactively, providing clients with transparent and solution‑oriented updates.
- Maintain rigorous data entry standards across ONE’s proprietary systems, booking platforms, and other tools.

Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in customer service, export operations, or documentation within a liner shipping company, freight forwarder, or maritime agency.

Soft Skills & Core Competencies
- Operational Excellence: High attention to detail with strong organizational, prioritization, and multi‑tasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑Solving Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and solution‑driven approach to complex logistics challenges.
